I like to squat down to take the picture. This has sorta been touched on, and I can see it in some fo the photos. When you get lower than the bike, it makes it bigger and more badass IMO.

general photo tips
Look for a dramatic background.
Or no background.
Or use flash to diminish background.
Or control depth of field to diminish background.

and don't forget (like I did)...wash the bike!!! With a lot of these higher res cameras, you can really pick up on this stuff, and for all of those chrome ****** out there...watch the angles (again) unless you want to see yourself taking the picture reflected in the chrome : )
