Riding female passenger like that could cause the seat to become slick, thus increasing the risk of her sliding off the back under hard acceleration, which could result in some serious road rash to sensitive body parts...

 

what they didn't say was the "naked cops" were just down the street, and he gave her a ticket for being naked, and a warning for no helmet!!
