Riding female passenger like that could cause the seat to become slick, thus increasing the risk of her sliding off the back under hard acceleration, which could result in some serious road rash to sensitive body parts...
Not to mention the nasty snail trail left behind on the seat...
Unless of course there's a pucker factor involved in which case I'll go with HarleyCharlie's suction comment.....
