Depends on where U live, Here we don't have to wear one, but most who have crashed badly are usually glad they did or most will have wished they did.

Nice rear view. A lot of European countries aren't real concerned about wearing clothes all the time, not only at beaches, even at public swimming pools someplaces. Major crime here, we're prudes.

Knew someone that put together police accident reports, said in most fatal bike crashes, no helmet, no brain. Literally. Brains are heavy, hitting the pavement at 30mph often pops them right outta the top of the skull, and they go sliding down the road. Showed me some pics, not pretty. No helmet or boots, I don't ride. I prefer cool weather so I can be comfortable in leather, including gloves. Never needed the leather yet, but taken some pretty heavy hits on helmets and gloves from stuff thrown up by other vehicles, and I'd have had broken toes a few times without boots.

If all you helmet advocates and safety monitors really want to be safe, quit riding, you are far safer then. Lock your doors too, it's dangerous outside.

IDK Man, I'm gonna go along with the wet-slippery theory on this one. Probably because thinking about p*ssy & snail slime just doesn't sit right with me...

I'm thinking that she had enough suction to stay put on that seat. Might have had to use a pry bar to break her loose.... Just saying.

To the OP your title got the helmet police posting without even checking out the picture. But in this case I think she's safe, I know I would gladly lay under her in case she fell. All in the name of protection of course.
