Default Valve stem to close to spoke = Can't put air in tire

Got my new Faat Daddy Spokes about 3 weeks ago and really lik the way they look on my bike. However, today I tried to put air in the tires but found out that the spoke next to the air valve is to close to the air valve/stem on the wheel so I can't put the air compressor piece from the hose over the valve. Not enough space between the spoke and the air valve on the wheel. Any idea where I can buy maybe a 90 degree valve adapter?

Question Uh, question?

Do those work on tubed wheels?

Maybe go to the auto parts store and get valve stem extenders.
Use to put them on cars when the valve stems wouldn't stick out past the hub caps. Yeah, hub caps. I'm old, sue me!

Good luck!

If you need one for a spoke tubed rim, I use a Topeak 90 Airtight adaptor you can find on Amazon for around 7 bucks. Motor home places also sell them for getting on hard to reach inner wheels. FYI - they do not stay on, only for inflation use.
Poor design indeed.

If your schrader valve is coming out on an angle, Deflate your tire until you can adjust the angle & re fill.
Hatch.

It would be easy if the valve was of made of flexible material such as rubber, but it's not. It's made of metal, I believe aluminum, and secured with a nut in the bottom flushed with the wheel/rim. Sometimes what seems too easy sometimes is not.

Maybe let out more air and loosen the nut but not all the way off. You don't want the valve to drop into the rim.
