128 - back to your original post... I'd say my T5's get hot just like the jacket liner. My non-micro wire over pants fit the exact description of your gloves. They work as I never get cold, but don't feel the warmth like the gloves/jacket. I just figured that was the difference between the micro and non-micro.

Well, I've got a set of G3's that I bought last December. They have the straight plugs . . . .and dang if they only heat on the backs of my hands. I thought that was kind of weird. I'll have to give the folks at Gerbing's a call tomorrow.

I bought my G3s two months ago and they work great. I don't have the liner or pants just the gloves. In the mornings right now is 35-45 degrees and my hands are toasty as hell. I have the variable temp controller. I rode 300 miles with them this last sat and they were perfect i turned them off during the day and had them back on for my midnight ride back from supercross.

Oh and I have the 90 degree connectors.

On second thought I'm not sure that isn't a warranty issue - they were designed to run on the y harness as is at full power, how is leaving them sit there any different than wearing them on an all day ride? Suppose that happened while you were wearing them........then what?

Written right inside the gloves is says do not leave un attended. Wouldnt try to claim unless I had the burns to prove it. Its on me. They say the two most comon rejected warrenty claims are dog damage and leaving them on while not in use.

Your hand acts as a heat sink when worn.
