A. Requiring:
1. $200.00 Motorcycle Safety Basic Rider Course
2. Written Test
3. Possibly the riding test too, since everywhere I see says "A, B, or C" and I only have D.....
---Texas sucks for bikers---
B. Requiring:
1. Helmet (I usually wear one anyways on the road)
2. Reflective Vest
3. Another Motorcycle Safety Basic Rider Course (NOT good toward license, but it's at least free) to ride on base.

C. Having the bike waiting for me at the Hog shop, but not being able to ride it....
