Saturday ride
Have'nt been able to ride for the last two weeks, tomorrow suppose to be 77 and mostly clear.Tire pressure right, oil checked, tranny full, bike shiny.Does anyone else still feel just as excited on your 1000 th ride as your first rides?I don't know how you guys up north go through an entire winter without riding.

Its very simple.....I think we are more fortunate then you in the south. Do you know how much we appreciate a 50 degree day, or the first time in a long time you get to ride to work? The wait makes it even better when you finally get to go out on the bike. Its like when your s.o. is gone for a while for work or what ever, and when they get back you are soooo happy to see them. We get that every year. Also, when do you get to do your up grades? We have all winter to pimp our rides.....And in the summer we are cruisin with our jackets open feelin the breeze, you are hiding in the A/C...wouldn't change a thing my friend. Enjoy your ride tomorrow, ride safe, ride hard

RE: Saturday ride
My wife and I returned yesterday from a couple of days riding around the big bend area of Florida. We ended up staying the night at Cedar Key. I was amazed, how many places have you been where you can watch the sun set and sun rise from your same back porch.
Temps were in range from 60 to upper 70s both days ... came home yesterday but going back out again today. The down side down here are the daily summer thunder storms and hurricanes, I've been stuck at work on more than one occassion!
