Default Are You Satisfied With Your HD Dealer?

Curious here... you satisfied with your local HD dealer? Not looking for names or bashing... simple question... Myself, no... seems sales is all they want and even when given wrong advice, not willing to make it right... excuses.... many say the independents here are better than, and cheaper than, the dealership... what you think?

I'm VERY satisfied with my dealer, Clayton County HD in Morrow, Georgia. Very fair pricing, excellent parts advice, and knowledgeable technicians. Highly recommended!

I deal with Smoky Mtn. HD and with Knoxville HD and I like both of them. Hopefully that will continue to hold true.

I myself preferr to deal with my local Independent shops. Most of these shops were around before many of the corporate HD franchises opened and are now suffering due to the HD craze and the large number of new riders that believe the dealer is the only place they can get parts and service. If it works for them, then they should be happy. I do the same for the majority of my other needs as well. In my area I find the independents to be less expensive, better and have quicker service in comparison to those i have spoke to that deal with HD franchises.

My dealer has been GREAT!! Friendly salesman, service manager, techs, and parts/clothing are all great to talk to and all bikes are MSRP. Dealer: Bleu Bayou HD of Monroe, LA.

My dealer's not local....

My dealer's Ukes Harley Davidson in Kenosha Wisconsin,I bypassed dealerships closer to home to go there. They've been around since 1930 for a good reason.Sales, service and all staff are terrific.

100% satisfied

While I'm sure everybody wants theirs to be cheaper, I'm getting pissed at my dealers waiting-list for mechanical work.

"Need a scheduled tune up? Bring it in two weeks from now"
"need a new tire? How about..... two weeks from now"

The riding season is only so long in NY and I'm seriosuly considering buying another brand next if the dealership can't get it together.
