Thanks, I will look into those. Always nice to hear user feedback because you know the company is not going to say their product is crap!

In my opinion,,,, Focal for the top of the line and Hertz for top of the middle of the line, all powered by an Arc amp.
Sorry Dickey.

Thanks, I've read both good and bad about the boom! audio and J&M speakers. I'd like to get it right the first time if at all possible.

I bought a pair of 5 1/2" polk audio component marine speakers for the dash and a pair of 6x9 3 way marine speakers for the saddle bag lids. Power the system with a 500w J&M 4 ch amp. Fits nice under the RG fairing.

Put on the harley XM module as well. Really like the setup. Problem is I screwed up the paint on the lids so I'm in the process of getting them redone. Will be on the road with the new setup by the weekend, (I hope).

I have a unique cycle sound system. Works great at 80 mph. JBL waterproof speakers and a pretty small amp that you can tuck under the seat.

I've always wanted to add the Harley XM system but I cringe at the cost.
I guess it would be worth it as I am always buying new CDs for the bike now anyways.
Only so many times you can listen to the same ZZ Top CD on a 500 mile trip I guess...

After I upgrade the fairing and tour pack speakers, I'll add speakers to the lowers. Then maybe add the Harley tweeters that go in the dash and replace a cuppla gauges. Has anybody tried those?
