Good riding glasses????
I'm looking for a good/decent pair of sunglasses or eye goggles for when I ride my sportster. Right now I have 2 pairs (both Harley brands) of sunglasses for riding. They are the "rubber" around the eye frames and not the "foam". Maybe that's the problem? lol One pair is just sun glasses and the other is the translucent kind and both of them let air in my eyes to the point of them watering so much I can't see very well. I don't wear prescription glasses or anything. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have a pair of chapels motorcycle glasses that have the foam mount. They contour to my face reasonably well , I think thats the trick to not getting eye watering. I wear contacts and the chapels do let some air in but it doesn't seem to affect me. I know my HD brand ones that are clear lenses cause my eyes to water, but I can get it to stop depending on how I position them up or down more on my face.

I have always had that problem with most sunglasses and over the years have tried so many I lost count. About the only kind that worked for me were Rayban Wayfarers. They block most if not all the air so my eyes don't water any more.

Native "Grip" sunglasses. Fit close to my face and even though I wear contact lenses the wind doesn't bother me at all. You can buy (or you could, anyway) them through Campmor for about $50, less than half of the retail price of $129.

Wiley X SG1's are pretty good at sealing out air, but I usually wear plain old sunglasses, without the foam seals, so I may not be looking for the same thing as you. The air temperature is a big factor and I usually wear the SG1's when it's cold, but today I am wearing Wiley X Romer II's and it was probably in the low 40's when I came to work.
