Question Handlebar help needed

I think I have found the best handle bars for me - 56569-09 (Heritage Classic) - but they are not TBW
How hard is it to make them work with TBW. I am a fairly handy guy with dremel and saw.
I have a 2012 Road Glide Custom - I am a short guy 5' 7" with 29" inseam
195 lbs. After 2 hours riding I have pain between shoulderblades - never had this with my 2000 RK - rotated the bars back as far as is safe - maybe that made it worse. Any help with doing this?

There are many threads about this. After much reading, these are the bars i put on my RKC. Easy to notch and cut the center hole for the wires. I read that the factory bars were a 1/2 inch shorter on the right acct of the tbw cartridge, but mine were not, so you might not want to shorten the new ones. You need 5 1/2 inches from end of bar to the wire crease for the tbw or it will hit the crease before it seats. I used a jig saw with a shortened blade to make my tbw cuts and on the center hole, drilled two holes at opposite ends of the oblong and jigged both ways to meet in the center and then worked it out with a die grinder. Search these other threads, some are even pictorials, you'll be fine. And a wise choice of bars. Klaybus convinced me, and was right.
