Default saddlebag

Has anybody had any saddlebag fall off of a street glide ? I had everything tight one fell off picked it up and put it back on headed to my destination. Got there noticed two clips that are on the bag that fell off are longer than the other side this is on a 2012 street glide. They dont twist as hard as the other. Gonna go to dealer in the morning see what they will do bought the bike in november of last year.

Been known to happen & sux when it does. Thise HD twist-clips spread over time & come loose. Look @ Brukus saddlebag secure & some riders have "copied" their kit @ hardware stores. All you need are the clips that go on frame mounts, matching bolts & key wrench...good luck & hope your bag wasn't damaged too bad.

Dropped a bag off at 65mph on my 2012 Limited. I had taken the bags off just prior to install lid rails. I felt the failure was my fault for not getting the pins seated, even though I checked them twice. New bag, lid rail and lid using my hardware from the old bag came to over $700. I didn't want to try and repair and repaint and re-stripe the old one as the cost was about the same as a new one. I will be using a different attachment system in the future.
