If mine doesn't turn off on the bank, then as I accelerate it does. Mine have worked flawlessly.

Default I love mine!

Although I didn't always ride a motorcycle with self canceling turn signals.
My first motorcycle, 1978, Honda, 750 Four and my second, 1982, Honda, 750 Four, didn't have this and I quickly acquired the nickname, "Blinky".
Guess why.

I can't imagine having to hold the button in as long as you wanted the turn signals to stay on. It would definitely keep you from accidentally leaving them on but damn, what a PITA.

Well, if you don't like your blinkers, i guess you could always go back to using hand signals. Which I don't see very often but I do still see it. MML

Mine work fine. I think self-cancelling signals are the cats @ss!

My 1986 FXSTC has push to turn off. At the time, a lot of old timers didn't care for the new click to turn on click to turn off.
They preferred the old deadman switches. Meaning hold to apply and release to turn off.
They were the guys riding for miles with their blinkers on since they were accustomed to release and forget about it.

The dealer owner was telling me a guy wanted his broken switch replaced.
The dealer wanted to know what was broken so he could break it on his switches.

I'm a big fan of the turn signals. They work amazingly well and only occasionally fail to function as desired.

The ones on the sporty suck I think mine always go off before I want them to. The best is theres a turn before my house the road curves left and my house sits on the right so I put my right turn signal on, lean left and it goes off.
