Dang....50 years???? Me too. Started riding on a brand new 1962 98cc Ducati, my Dad fronted me for a paper route, I was 14 years old. Every time I jump on my Dyna, I feel like the same kid again. (Put 12,000 miles on her last year) Ain't it great????????

I recently started riding... I'm 50, so I don't thing I'll be around to say I've been riding for 50 years. LOL. What I do know is I will enjoy every chance I get to ride and feel the sense of freedom that I have never experienced until I started riding. You are an inspiration for people like me who just started riding. Stay healthy and keep on keeping on!

I plan on riding until some older fart runs over me or I can't safely ride anymore!
Ride safe and enjoy every ride!
Started with a Triumph '66 and still going. God willing and Creeks don't rise, I'll make it to 50 years and beyond also.

I hear what you are saying, I too have been riding for 50 years. My 1st scooter was a Sears Moped, followed by a '5? Harley Hummer, all of 165cc's. Just curious, is the 48 in your handle your birth year? It is mine, 1948. Life is good!

Congrats on 50 years of riding! I am trying to catch up at 48 years. Of course the early years were dirt bikes. I too plan on riding for a while yet. When I can't hold it up any longer, I will trike it.

I still get giddy like I'm on my first ride- hasn't changed for me (45) years.
