Default Jp Cycles Canadian Duties

Anyone have experience with JP cycles in Ontario? I have a $900 order, just wondering how much I will have to pay in duties?

Rear, front tire,
kick stand,
seat,
rear drum and pads / shoes,
front disc and pads,
air filter,
tail lamp break switch,
chain,
transmission sprocket,
seat mount kit,
sprocket cover

I think I would have asked when the order was placed.

I think the last time I got something off of them it was included in the shipping charge. hopefully the don't send it UPS because they surprise you with large brokerage charges

With some off these hidden charges is the reason I now have a American address. Just go across the border pick the stuff and declare when I come back. Pay the tax on the stuff and everybody is happy

Yup, all I can get using the cart is the UPS fee.

Ive ordered lots of parts over the years. Paid PST & GST but no duty---free trade.

Why would you expect JP cycles to know what CANADA CUSTOMS will or will not charge you in duties, PST or GST - they have the parts, they will ship you the parts and tell you what that will cost, any brokerage fees (which UPS will charge you) and customs or taxes are your responsibility once they arrive. Simple answer is that if the parts are made in the US, Canada or Mexico then there shouldn't be any duty but PST and GST will still apply
