Sort of reminds me of the Testarossa Don Johnson used to drive in Miami Vice.
Thats a sweeeeeet looking car Schu, I hadn't considered I could get 4 wheels that nice for only 40G. You've really thrown a monkey wrench in my dream here!

the 308's like Tom Selleck had in Magnum go for around 25K. If you can't tell, my ultimate car would be Italian

Vehicles that I have purchased in my lifetime are depreciating assets. I would say that an impulse buy on a vehicle needs to wait. This is based on my assumption that you are in your early forties. If your in your early sixties and got the money, go for it.

If you want that particular bike so much...just do like I'd do........Wait until until 2027 and buy the thing for cash.

I agree with depreciating assets. Especially this one. It will never be worth anywhere near its retail price ever again once I ride it off the lot. I understand that, and it concerns me. And I'm right in the middle of your guess. I'm in my early 50's.

That CVO is someone's else's vision. For $40,000 you could buy an Ultra and make it your vision.

Maybe throw a few bux at your current bike? wheels, windshield and paint...

Or, shop out a new ride, but dont buy the 1st one you see until you look around and at least see if a dealer will get competitive.

CVO's are sweet, but you could always go with a new 103 glide and save some $$
My friend has a Vivid Blk 2012 street glide, man its beautiful! Such a bad *** bike!!

Schumacher, you might be interested in this car then.
A race used ex-Schumacher 2002 F1 Ferrari currently for sale.
No price listed, it only says "make offer..."

The harley is going to give way less trouble than a 91 testarossa. A guy walks into a dealership, he looks on a used example of whats mentioned here(ferrari) he asks-how reliable is it? salesman says- its reliable, u can rely on having to fix it. I would think about the harley for a few weeks though.
