I know it's really not much but it was unexpected. I ordered longer brake lines from them this saturday. When I processed my order through it had an error and said please call about your order. Well dang it. I saw the money was taken out of my account so I figured everything went okay. If not I'd call them in a few days.

Well they called me at 936am this morning. I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. Four minutes later they called back, and I picked up this time. The lady on the phone confirmed what I wanted and said they'd ship it tomorrow and since I'm in PA and they're in NY I should have it Wednesday or Thursday.

I appreciated the good customer service. I don't know how many companies would just ignore it and wait for me to call inquiring. Good customer service should be expected but it's so rare anymore.

 

I've had good luck with them too !!

 

A little past the original post, but I just purchased Magnum cables and lines. The ladies in Customer Service were great! Very helpful.

 

I'll help this thread out also. They were excellent in helping me with placing my order as well. Ordered on Thurs, received it on Monday.....I do only live 2hrs from the shop.Everything went together nicely and I wanna ride up there this summer to give a personal thanks.

 

Yep , I recently got all new cables and brake lines from them as well. Plus a few extra to redo my wiring so everything matches. Good product and people there ! I got a few extra brake lines for sale if anyone is interested. New in package( my mistakes)

 

My local dealer was not set up with Magnum, so I had the lady send the form to the dealer and called the service guy. He filled it out and got set up with Magnum (think they get 30% off), then they actually cut me a deal on my custom order. Nice cables.
