Default MP3 Earpiece Question...How to keep them in.

Guess I could upgrade to a installed radio...not. But I do like my tunes from time to time, problem is with those 'ear' inserts they fall out when I put on my helmet. What do you do? I guess I could use duct tape. [sm=boosign.gif]

Try these: http://www.shure.com/PersonalAudio/P...pa_E2c_content
they fit into the ear canal. Good sound quality too.

I've heard and seen nothing but good comments about the Shure headphones for MP3 player use..... But I'm very suspicious about any headphone product that doesn't list the frequency response range.BOSE doesn't list those specs on their headphones either and I was extremely unimpressed with their performance despite their greatreputation/marketing hype....

Great sound quality headphones that will stay in your ear can be found for far less than the $100plus price of Shures...

I am using the Shure E2c right now with my ipod. They definitely rock (rockin to some old Van Halen). I picked them up yesterday at Circuit City for $99.00 plus they gave me a $20.00 gift card. I highly recommend them.

I use the kind of ear phones that hook onto my ear, I guess I'm handicapped, but I need something for the plug to hang onto.

I use Shure E3C with the triple flange ear buds. They fit inside my ear canal, and seal the outside noise out really well. The sound is simply amazing, and they should fit under a helmet no problem (I wear a 1/2 helmet, so I've never tried them under a 3/4 or full face lid, but they are almost flush with the outside of my ears, so I can't see that being a problem.).

Cheers!

I had the same problem withmy ear buds. I went for a ride this past sunday with my new I Pod and had a very hard time hearing it at speeds over 50mph.
I couldn't hear it over the wind and my pipes. Hey I 'm not complaining the pipes sound better than the music any day.
I just might have to check out those E2Cs.

One answer, Philips Earbud Noise-Cancel Headphones, SHN2500 available @ walmart.
I love them, they stay put and cancel out 70% outside noise. Plus the boost they audio signal. Sound is awesome.
