Default Oil amounts 2000 Road king

Hi Guys

Sorry for asking such Newb questions but I dont have the service manual for my machine and need to know a few answers.

1. How much engine oil should it take
2. How much transmission oil should it take
3. how much primary oil should it take? Does it require primary oil if it is belt drive?

Am I right in thinking that the US is still in Imperial measure, pints and quarts etc?

Many thanks in advance

Its usually 3 in the engine 1 in the tranny and about 90% of one in the primary should be right below the bottom of the clutch inspection panel on the primary..

There is no "best"....but go to the oil section and do a search and you will find enough reading for a lifetime.
