Default need help with roll bag

I am looking for a bag to fit on the handlebars of a chopper. something large enough to carry a change of clothes or my leather. any suggestions ? I'm leaning toward the Kuryakyn grand right now but not a big fan of Kuryhakyn.

The old mexican rug/poncho worked great for years , just lay it out , roll you goods in and 2 bungie cords . Traveled half the country that way .

We have made some very nice duffle bags from chap leather. When not being used they roll up so you can stash it as well..http://www.shop.captain-itch.com/Lea...le-Dry-Bag.htm

I've had good luck with my Saddleman.

Captain Itch's bag looks pretty good though.

The Saddlemans main advantage for handlebar use may be that it is semi-rigid so it shouldn't flop over & cover the headlight like a duffle bag. Unlike the Captain's, it cannot be rolled up & stashed. The only size adjustment is a few inches in length.

It was obviously designed with the participation of "real bikers". It comes with an assortment of nylon straps & attachment points so it can be affixed anywhere. I've never used it on the handlebars because I now trip with a windshield & use smaller, softer nylon bags between the shield & the bars, but I don't see why it wouldn't work. I usually use it horizontally as a backrest, or if 2-up on back of the sissy bar sometimes with other luggage.

Although I'm not a fan of most of the Saddleman stuff, especially their imitation leather products, I must say this bag is tuff. After 1,000's of miles still looks new.
