Even though Ks is a no fault state because you got hit from behind and she was cited their insurance should take care of the expenses. Let your insurance company do the fighting for you that is what they are for. And with the pain and location of the pain you are having you should have a CT scan especially if you want to continue riding.

Too many medical issues can surface at a later date and her insurance company is going to want you to sign a release. Get a lawyer.

I am no doctor but if you have pain in your shoulder/arm i can asure you you have cervical spine damage, get the CT or you could get a MRI, MRI`s do not use radiation1
