My current leather jacket has a liner that I remove when it gets warm. I figure now I can leave the liner at home and use the heated one when I need it. I decided because I normally ride with my sliders or firehose jeans and only use the leather pants when it's cold I would get the overpants and ditch the leather ones.

Just making sure - you also need the $10 case/pouch for the controller. The Harley controller comes with the case, but the Gerbings is extra.

I did order the pouch for the dual controller. As for the plug, I don't have a dash on my Dyna so I haven't figured out exactly how I'm going to mount the power connecter yet.

Thanks for the advice and information guys.

Just remove your battery cover, install the power lead under the rubber strap and feed it out under the cover, when summer comes tuck in back inside.
