Leaving work, called momma (not to be confused with MOM!)She sensed a bit of pent up anger in my voice and she said "Take the long way home on the bike and I'll see ya when you get here!"
So, I took the extra time to get home and stopped off at the little store on the corner and grabbed a couple of Fosters' Bitters right before I got home.
It was a beautiful day. Temps in the mid 70s. Just enough breeze to keep ya cool!
Got home and wifey said sit here and relaxe, and don't bring it inside!
So I pulled out a lawn chair and just relaxed with a cold one or two in the driveway.
Talk about an attitude adjustment.
My wife is pretty doggone smart sometimes!

 

She sounds like a real Keeeeeper!!! Don't let her get away.

 

heheheh, that's awesome, but that kinda **** makes me nervous. Every now & then there's an ulterior motive!

 

I dunno, and 31 years later I'm still trying to figure her out........

Wish I had a day like your's every once in a while. You are a lucky man in this thing we call life, keep it going.

 

Tomorrow you will wake up and she will be so sweet by already having the lawn mower out and every thing on the honey do list in alphabetical order..... If it has wheels or **** it can't be trusted.

I know I am so used to being on the defensive, sometimes it takes a while to sink in that our wifes actually love us. More when we are not cranky. Kind of like enjoying your babies more after you burp them!

Don't even try to understand them. They are always five steps ahead of us emotionally.
