Drove the car into work today in downtown Atlanta. I was thinking this is the last day of riding before a week-end of rain. I was stuck in terrible traffic and knew it was an accident because of the ambulances and police. By the time I got up to the accident area I saw it was an Ultra collision with a car. The Rider had already been evacuated. No more news but it hits hard when you see an accident like that. Prayers to the rider and his/her family.

 

Glad I missed it, I hate seeing that. The people going NB on 85 in the mornings drive like idiots.

Two APD motor officers had accidents this morning. One rear ended a stopped car and the second hit a pot hole and went down.

 

Wonder if that accident involved the Atlanta Police Officer? They say an APD motor officer struck the rear of a car on the downtown connector.

According to news sources, that officer was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
