Default High Lift Motorcycle jack from Harbor Frt. Any reviews?

I don't get my hands dirty any more, but I sure as hell get enough cleaners and wax on them. Looks like the cats meow for doing the spokes on my 3 bikes. Got good reviews on ther website (no surprise) like to hear some feedback from you guys.
Thanks!

My first thought is you aren't moving the bike around once you get it off the ground. I've got their $99 dollar jack and can scoot my bike all over the garage..

Looks good otherwise tho.

Used it for a year doing the services on the bikes. Works great. Once up there is no moving the bike around but I have the other model for that purpose.

Very handy to get bike a the right height when I'm on the rolling mechanics stool. I can't bend as well anymore and it makes the job easy. Good for cleaning wheels. checking the fall away.

Saw no need to replace anything on it. I do use ratchet tie down straps instead of the friction ones that come with it.

I did get it on sale and a 20 % off coupon when they came out. I think it was $129 after the 20% off of the sale price. Well worth it.

I stored the Softail up in the air last winter which gave some room around it to get by.

Bought one last year and while assembling it noticed several of the holes were miss-drilled or mis-aligned. I could have trued them easily enough; but decided to take it back and spring for a Pitbull jack instead.

Default harbor jack

I got the 100dollar jack for Christmas and have used it. Disappointed in the quality but what do you expect from china? I have a softtail and it works good but still am a little wary of it. If I was going to do some heavy work on her I would stabilize it a little more.

Man, I don't know, that just scares me letting our heavy-*** bikes dangle that high off the ground...

I think I'll check that out it looks like it would be nice for changing the oil and cleaning the bike. Man I don't like that crawling around on the ground any more.

Benway - the bike is secured to the lift by two 1,300 lb load capacity ratchet straps. It would take tipping the base to a 45 degree angle to fall over from front, back or either side. That would take about four guys to do that.

The lift is pinned at the height that it is set. Even if the hydraulic seals went it would not move. Sitting there is far safer than going for a ride.
