Who makes a horizontal to vertical license plate bracket? I have seen them, but i can't seem to find one...did them quit making them?

Would not hurt to check your local laws on the matter. I do not think all states allow plates to be mounted vertically.

 

OK let me try again...some company made a bracket so that you can ride down the road with you plate horizontal...once you park at the local poser bar...you reach down and flip your plate to vertical so you appear to be a lawbreaking badazz biker...once you reach your 2 beer limit you go back flip it to horizontal ride home to do the dishes ...someone must remember who made this...or I should start making them and get rich
