Daytona Bike WK / Loud Exhaust ?
How bad do you think the Leo's will be this year regarding loud pipes at Daytona ? I don't usually worry about this kind of thing but I'm hearing the locals Leo's will be worse than normal this year. Any opinions on this?

Don't break the back tire loose.
Don't get the front tire off the ground.
Don't be an azzhat. Throttle jockey fits under the azzhat category...
and you will be fine.
There are 200,000 bikes there. 20,000 of them are running some kind of straight pipe. Your bike is no louder or obnoxious than tens of thousands of others. Only you can do that...
For the record I run staggered Pythons with no baffles. But I keep my hand out of the throttle when I am in town.

The rule is that you have to have baffles. There are cops down there that are jerks (not all of them) and if they see you off by yourself they may pull you over and see if you have insurance if you are not wearing a helmet, you don't need insurance if you are wearing a helmet. I did have one officer in Edgewater check to see if my pipes had baffles during BikeWeek.

Yeah I just don't understand the people that feel the need to rev their bike constantly.
Pretty soon people will be cruising at speed and clutching in just to rev it up every 10 seconds down the freeway...
