Landing gear malfunction

If the bike is moving my feet are on the boards or pegs. I think years of racing motocross reinforced this for me. On the gate your right foot is on the peg, left foot down waiting for the gate to drop. Gate drops, left foot has to come up fast to bang through the gears down to the first turn. Foot dragging on the street is definitely a pet peeve of mine.

This reminds me of some guy who posted here a couple of years ago about how riding keeps wearing out the soles of his boots - best I can recall, it was all from foot dragging.

Yeah - someone who was looking at my bike said- "don't you go through alot of shoes ?" I told him no- this bike has it's own built in brakes.
