The performance mods on my '04 Ultra's 88 were done by the previous owner and the selling dealership. Had a lot of issues with the bike until another dealership's mechanic spotted yhe problem-one of the cams had been installed wrong! Once that was corrected it has been a joy to ride. Fuel mileage and power WAYYY up. Maybe that's why he traded it at only 3500 miles...

My modifications have on;y been in the area of visibility and safety-Motolights on the forks, Hyperlite brake lights, an air horn. I changed the mufflers to Wild Pig Pipes to suit my taste. Were I to buy a new one I'd skip the performance mods and just do the safety ones I described and the mufflers.
