Wish Dyna Beads were around when I wrecked my CBR600. If they had been I wouldn't have to say I grabbed too much rear brake and crashed because I was an idiot.
I don't think he's alluding to a lawsuit, at least my friend never mentioned he was. I'm more inclined to believe he's just trying to shift fault from rider to beads. Here's what I think may have happened. Perhaps he overcorrected in the curve to avoid said deer, and maybe got the tire way out of wack in relation to the road surface, and once it got another bite on the road, it twisted his bars way over in the other direction. That's happened to me once, and fortunatly I didn't go down.
Or he grabbed so much front brake the front end washed out.
THe claims he was in a left hand curve and spotted a deer. Where exactly in relation to him it was, I'm unclear about. But anyway, he said he hit the brakes and slowed way down, then upon accelerating again encountered a front end wobble that made him crash.
If he locked the rear brake even for a second and let up then he highsided.
