Seems to have a good rating. You can't go by the name being used on Ebay accounts anymore. Plus the buyer protection will cover you.

I just purchased a V&H head pipe and mufflers on Ebay. The account name was just a random name. No ebay store.

The packages arrived today with the shipping address/name being a HD dealer!

I recently heard the HD dealers were going to be restricted from selling HD parts on Ebay, so it appears a bunch of them are setting up 'alter ego' selling accounts.

 

...I did google. What you think I looked on a paper map for "Toledo" Just didnt realize university's were making backrest nowadays. Thanks for the clarification anyways.

 

Thanks for a bit of extra confidence ^^; I do always check feed back and generally research before buying/bidding on something. I buy a lot of camera gear off forums sites and have nothing but word of mouth to go by sometimes. 1) I havent been on ebay forever and didn't know how the "make an offer" worked (yes i was to lazy to try to find out) and 2) I saw the words "united states" and completly looked pass the "Toledo" in any case just wanted to get a bit of comfirmaion that I wasn't getting ripped off. thanks again

Probably a student making some extra cash.....I have bought thousands of dollars in parts off ebay...never ripped off once. But I only buy from people with more than 10 transactions and 98% feedback or better

 

Same. Only reason why I tempted faith and made an offer was because the positive feed back and the fact that others were sold. In anycase if it is to support a students education I feel all the much better haha.
