Hey,the 70's were great but from what I can remember the 60's were better. If the cops thought you had a fast bike they would challenge you to a race.If you won he gave you the beer he took off some other person. Not many cages and a lot of bikes that were hard to id.All types of parts on any type bike. You better stop and help a fellow biker cause you might be the next to brake down.In the 70's we worried more about clean bikes and keeping out colors clean and boots shined.Hell, that's all I can remember now as the flash backs are starting again

That was awesome. There has to be another entry.
Looking forward to another installment of fast Freddie. Biker extraordinaire. How about when he went gloves and chaps shopping. Breaking out the visa, got himself a helmet with a drop down visor in shaded, yellow AND clear. But dropped it on his way out of the store and the paint chipped,so out comes the nail polish and a buffer.
Or got the clap from the *****,before she stole his wallet, then dumped the bike, but it was a transvestite but too drunk to notice
This is gold man.

One big thing with technology today, I may not have met some of the people I ride with today if it wasn't for the internet. Taken too much for granted by some, you can learn a lot in a short period of time and from what I read here in some threads from some people who know what they aree talking about for those who want to listen...

Or drive you. More then once, back in the 70s, I had to call the local cop shop to find out where they made me park my car.
