Well, after listening to George Carlin and looking at all the old photos here I'm wondering if I should just quietly close out my account, sell my bike, and dust off the golf clubs.

My solution was to just tell all the voices in my head that I'd willfully do any and every thing they told me to do......but they had to get together and present me all their commands in a prioritized list.

I'm safe for years, because they all have my same ego & refuse to not be first.

Wow....you were so stoned in 77 that even your pictures are hallucinating....I'd swear it looks like there's really a bike somewhere in that picture.

Started riding in 1972. Two stroke and four stroke twins, screamers like a Kawasaki 500, Triumph Bonneville, AMF POS 1976 Sportster... all wearing Langlitz leathers and denim.

Now... I still wear Langlitz leathers and Motoport Mesh Kevlar jacket and pants.

Still enjoy the ride, more traffic now, a-holes still don't pay attention, more so now with their cell phones and texting.

Did I say... still enjoy the ride!

They both rode pretty good too

I moonlighted at a local Kawa dealer a couple yrs during the summer heavy season and he wanted all his people on Kawa's so he gave me a beater Z-1 for $300 . That sucked so over the winter I kinda changed it a bit , he wasn't ready it at all but ended up building 3 more in shop for people who had to have one . Nobody cared back them we chopped and rode everything , I even did a Honda 350 4 cyl . for a guy .

IMO, theres is and has always been a huge difference between a "Biker" and a guy who rides a motorcycle. More bikers back then, more .... motorcycle riders now.
