Default Lighter Fluid, Gasoline, Goo Gone, Mineral Spirits

Ok, tried them all and nothing gets the glue off the fender from that clear protective sticker under the passenger seat.

Any other ideas?

you could try lacquer thinner,,usually works on sticky stuff,,,I have had success using a heat gun when pulling off stickers,,you could try heating up the glue and putting the clear protective sticker back on,,let it cool then try a heat gun to pull it off again,,,

I have used Easy Off oven cleaner with great results on sticky stuff,
especially stuff stuck on the pipes.

HOLY ****!!!! Do NOT put Easy Off oven cleaner on paint. It will strip the paint!!! WD-40 sometimes works but if it didn't come off with gas your gona have a hard time.

the 3M Adhesive remover works wonders, but you need to use a little elbow grease. Used it to get the residue from the shadetree pinstriping off my old Ranger.

wd 40 is the safe way..............spray on to fender , cover with a sandwitch bag and wait 30 mins........should be soft by then.

Didn't take long to realize the most important step is heating it up with a hair dryer. No residue on the remaining job and I got it all off in one piece 'case I want to throw it back on when I two-up.

On to the next job...

Heated mine with the blow dryer, sprayed some WD-40 on a microfiber towel and gently rubbed any residue right off. (Sorry, didn't see your post.)

Do not use lacquer thinner. The WD40 method above is usually good, but you might try putting a little heat on it with a hair dryer to soften up the glue, and then gently rub it off.
I also used John Deere adhesive remover years ago, don't know if they still sell it.
