RE: corbin classic solo
I have the CCS (not close solo) on my FLHRCI and I think it put me back about an inch or so and a bit down. The Corbin's are hard as a brick, so they don't flex much. Guess you should figure that into a "seated" seat height....especially if your big AND short. At 5'10", my CCS and the Wild 1's 508's are a perfect (RK) fit for me. Your parts may vary.....

One more thing.....IMO, you can't find a better long day seat than a Corbin. I've had a few, and this one's got over 20,000 miles on it, all with my backside. Bottomside?? Anyway, it sure works for me....

Corbin will ask for some measurements of your inseam, etc when they build the seat to match your model bike. On my DWG I sit a little further back and down than my stock seat. For me it's perfect!
You'll love the comfort. Don't skimp whatever you do, order the backrest too.

I have the Corbin on my deuce and i absolutely love it. It takes some saddle time to break in (600-800 miles) but i can ride for hours and my butt doent hurt one bit. Shop around on the net, you can find a good deal on one.

I bought the classic solo after having the sundowner solo for awhile. The corbin definately put me back farther and is comfortable. I recently added the small oval backrest, but haven't put enough miles on with it to firm up my opinion.

They make a Classic Solo and a Close Solo. The Close moves you up on the bike and is narrower at the nose. My wife 5'6" loves hers, but at 6'4", I can barely sit on her bike!
