Ive looked at the Fox Creek stuff, Langlitz, Schotz, Vanson, HD FXRG etc. Yeah there NICE, but they are $$$$. Were talking $150 bucks here. It only says "Top grain leather".....so not sure if its water buffalo or what. They dont claim to be made in USA or anything of the sort. It is what it is. I would really like to hear a long term review on there leather.
I have been wearing this style jackett and chaps for over five years and have had very good luck with it. I use boot oit on it about twice a year to keep it soft and I rade more in the cold weather then I do when it is hot because of not being off work. I think 150 may be a little high but still not a bad price. I would buy agaun in a second! If you can see it in person and make sure it fits buy it, you will like it.

Slinky you stated "this style".....does that mean Hot Leathers exactly or just some cheap(er) leather? I live in Texas so wont need it alot but would be nice to have for the crisper days.
This is exactly what Im lookin for guys. Real world dealings. Its easy to call a $150 dollar jacket junk, I understand that philosophy. This place is down the road, I can see, touch, taste it whatever. I can get it a little cheaper online but the army navy store seems BIG on customer satisfaction, plus im padding the pockets of a local AMERICAN store.

Bought my wife a pair in Panama City Beach last September during bike week. I want to say they were about $100. Very nice quality and their "chaps fitter" did a great job of making sure they fit and showing my wife how to roll them for storage.
Me, I wear leather overpants... vintage First Gear S.T.O.P.'s that I've had for over a decade.

I got the naked leather style jacket you posted. I've had it for about 6 years. Back then it went for $99. It's thick, heavy leather with a zip out lining. Very warm and comfortable. It has held up very well over the years. I also got a vest from them, the vest was ok but nothing great. For $99 i would buy another one but not for the $250 they are sell for now.

Yeah Ive always heard the naked is better but $250 is a good chunk of the cost of a known good brand. I will just go with the $150 dollar one I think. Anxious to here more reviews.....so far no one has said they were a piece of ****. Lol

I bought a Hot Leathers, leather vest at the Sturgis store and I have no complaints with the vest. I was hesitant at 1st because it was priced so cheaply but it is holding up very well and is plenty warm

Awesome, this is what I wana hear. Cant believe no one has said they are straight junk yet, and have a reason to say it other than "a friends uncles brother" story.
