No worries, Buckinfitch. There are still plenty of Vietnam vets (and era vets) around who'll get it. And not because of some movie. Also anyone you knows French where it is beaucoup. The French colonized Indochina (Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam) in the late 1800s and fought to hold it until the 1950s. And many french words worked their way into the local language.

A lot of the language was Bastardized when the US Troops arrived
Mostly still a French influenced country. The food and some of the architecture

The country and the people are pretty resilient

Private Eightball: What we have here, little yellow sister, is a magnificent specimen of pure Alabama Blacksnake. But it ain't too goddamned beaucoup.


Nice plate. I think it's also referenced in Hamburger hill.. (probably other Nam era flicks)

Hell, that's half the fun of it. I used to have one on my bike that said GLEEPT. I've got to see about getting that one again.
