What do ya think? Does it flow with the black and chrome theme? Or, do you think it's lacking?

My chrome shield cracked (no surprise).

HD wanted 188.00 for ONE shield, scored TWO new black ones on EBAY for 138.00 total!

 

I think it works. I had the opposite on my Nightster a couple years back.

Good choice. A black air filter cover would really tie it together imo. Maybe some black fork legs as well.

 

Good suggestions... I was thinking black fork boots only, since the 12"s apes are chrome.

 

It works for me. That's the direction I'm going on my new bike. Combo of black and chrome. Sort of a contrast look.

 

I like the idea and really want to say it looks great, but in my opinion it doesn't look right. It's your bike though so if you like it, go for it!
