Paid cash on all my bikes. Why pay more just to use someone else's money? For example;
2012 TriGlide with 2 tone paint comes to $31,824.00 out the door
Financed @ 60 months comes out to $40,092.60 or $668.21 per mo.
Amount paid to HD finance Co. $ 8,268.60
I'd rather have the 8 grand in my pocket, rather than giving it to the finance Co.

I won't buy something I don't "need" unless I can buy it with cash. I had a 2003 Cobra that a guy offered me a lot of cash to buy it. It was paid off, so I had $25k in my pocket for me buy something with....so I bought a 2011 Deluxe. Then I traded it in on my 2012 Street Glide. I would not have bought any of my Harleys unless I had the cash from selling my other toy....

Cash guys, no one else will get it until they sacrifice for themselves and see the other side. They'll always just assume you're rich. The fact is that regardless of income level most people can't pay cash for a bike, because they have too much of their income tied up in other monthly payments.
