I've tried mink oil, saddle soap and other products on boots, jackets and saddle bags. Nothing works as well as Doc Bailey's.

If your leather is cracking after only 3 months, you have a very low grade of leather. I only condition my leather about once every 12 - 18 months and have never seen any sign of cracking in it. If your leather had a tag attached that said "Genuine Leather", that is the lowest grade of leather and will show signs of wear before long.
