I'm pretty sure there is no law here in Colorado. With that said, the damn light leaving my own neighborhood never senses my bike, though the sawcuts are there for the wires. I CAREFULLY run this red light often... with a copshop 200 yards down the street. Haven't been stopped yet.

There have been several threads on the turn signal dilemma before. I'm surprised no one has posted the trick of putting your kickstand down for a few seconds. This works great in Jacksonville and apparently with many or most systems around the country. Try it next time.

putting the kickstand down ?? Do you lean the bike over on it or just flip the stand down ?

We have 3 lights in this area that will not change for a bike. Everyone that rides, goes through them. It's legal to do so only if the lights at the intersection cycle 3 times and yours fails to change. I find it's better to avoid them, if you can

They're octagonal and I noticed they only turn green when a John Deere tractor rolls by on a sunny day. A man would wait forever without this law...

Lean over. Let the bike rest as if you're parked for 3 or 4 seconds.
