Good Customer Service From Ness
When I get good customer service these days I let people know. When I started my winter projects and found one of the banjo manifold bolts on my Big Sucker air cleaner had been over torqued and cracked. I called the Ness showroom, talked to the parts guy and he's sending a new bolt - NO CHARGE.
The complete opposite of my experience with The Sportsman's Guide. When you contact them regarding errors with the order you get auto reply emails promising a follow up (never said when and I'm still waiting), an invitation to take a survey and a coupon for my next purchase. WTF? You can't get a simple order right even when I called and was told it was the right item and it is in stock then think I'm going to be coming back ?
Thanks to the team at Ness, doing customer service right always gets better results then cutting corners.

Update
The package from Ness arrived today. They didn't send me a bolt, they sent 2 bolts and the mounting o-rings at NO charge. All I can say is outstanding !! Really exceeded my expectations.
