Default Anyone have a tankbra...

on a fatboy? I jsut received mine in the mail from HarleyArcher, and jsut want to make sure that the long strap goes over the top of the tank but without unattaching the front tank mount bolt. Does anyone know? thanks...I'll be downstairs trying to figure it out...

I'm not sure about the Fatbot, But I had one on my Sporty and would'nt have one on my Fatboy. They look nice but catch a lot of dirt and sctatch. My Sportster was black and when I'd take the bra off it was saddening. Just my oppinion.

That's one thing I'd never put on my bike. It will ruin the paint. [:'(]

No thanks to tank bras, as mentioned it's just costs you more initially to scratch the paint. I can do that with my hand alone

You will never get it stretched tight enough. The wind will buzz it and when you take it off, your gonna have scratches and paint missing.

No bra yet. The tank is still young and firm. But I might consider one when it starts to sag.
