Ok, so if I have read the posts right everything belongs in the touring section except for stickies created by users. I think that sums up the opinions.
Of topic, just because there are not a lot of posts doesn't mean you have been here for a while reading, just didn't feel the need to be a troll and post.

A friend of mine that is a member here and I have talked about this very thing on the touring section. Seems like if you try to post a helpful how to post or a tech question you get 1 or 2 replies but if you post about the possible colors for the 2013 models you will get 200 replies. I personally believe that there are a lot of guys on the touring section that have their first motorcycles ever and therefore those guys go to the dealer for everything so tech stuff is not important to them. Not all of them are like that, but a lot of them are.

As for the OP's complaint. You'll notice that the touring section is posted to and has online participation at the rate of 4:1 over the next closest forum. It just demonstrates that all the real important discussions concern touring models

I guess since ther are six pages somebody cares! Just interesting that most forums keep general chat in that section except for this forum and the touring section. The touring section is very little tech as stated above and mostly paint color matches or can I change to syn oil.

OK stop...... next thing you know this thread will become on topic, and will get moved back to the touring section. Then "you know who" will throw another estrogen fit .
