Default Bell Proudly

I did a little research and the bell is based in superstition which means it comes from the softest part of the chicken lip - the bupkiss.

My sister bought a bell for me on her way from Alaska and so I'm just going to display it proudly and to me it says someone cares enough about me to buy me a bell without me asking or even realizing they have a clue as to the tradition.

I mounted mine on the upper cross connect of my 09 RKC - right in the center using a key ring (the leather would have broken I"m sure). I took a picture but I don't know how well you can see it.

Doesn't matter where you hang them. You don't really believe they do anything, do you? (Pssst...the Easter Bunny is not real, either. Hate to break it to you.)

A girl I worked with gave me my bell. It surprised me because I gave her so much trouble at work. I hung my bell by my handle bar off the throttle cables so it wouldn't get dinged up or too filthy out of respect. Plus, she'd be able to see it when she went to her bike or her car. That way the bell is closer to the biggest gremlin that may screw up my bike...me.

You are supposed to hang them as low as possible so that when the Gremlin falls off the bike, it doesn't hit any parts and cause damage on the way to the ground.

Tie it right on the Chain or the belt drive. -------------Wait that might not work. really mine which I only have 'cause a pretty female rider gave it to me, is on my handle bar right next to the riser.
