Anybody know it the outfit has gone belly-up, unannounced?

Back on Dec.7 my wife ordered one of their Dash Link Docking Consoles that holds an iPhone/iPod for me as a gift. It hasn't shown up yet. She's been trying to get in touch with them for the last week or so and they don't answer emails or phone calls.

If I were you and thinking of ordering from them, I'd think again.

So..I actually got one of these..but from cyclepartsforless. One of the reasons I did not order from Hell's is because of some of the things on the forums and their facebook page..people asking where there stuff is. Anyway, mine was broke when I got it. Basically the tab was broke where it bolts down under the seat. I emailed them on 10/28. They emailed me back and said there was re-design and they would send me a new one. I have emailed them a couple of times since and got no response..so I just fixed it myself..

I also never got mine. I canceled the order through drag specialties. I just assumed they are gone.

Pilgrim,
As mentioned in the email to your wife, and in follow-up telephone conversation with you; we're here, working very hard to get these parts out the door. During the months of November and December, we did miss more phone calls than we'd like, for two reasons. 1 - Our PBX system was taken down in September by a transformer failure at the local utility level (aka brown-out). My unit is under factory warranty and my local installer took the main VM card out to get it repaired. That action caused my PBX system to become a single phone line system, without extensions, without voicemail and without a welcome greeting. Upon re-installation, we learned from customers that it still was not working, although it had a welcome greeting, it would not transfer to groups (sales, etc) nor would it accept a voicemail message. The local installer was called back and the card sent out again for repair. It was re-installed in Mid-December while I was traveling on business. 2 - We have been slammed with orders. Because we make our products, we have to physically stop other activities and create things. We are a small shop. We unexpectedly had to surface prep roughly 500 parts to send to chrome plating at the same time. Basically all other work in this shop stopped for a month and all employees were on part sanding duty to make certain our plated product would be the best it could be. Those parts are now at plating, and are starting to be returned for final assembly here. The finish quality is fantastic. I'm proud of them. The work was well worth the extra effort and you will not be disappointed when you install it.
I sincerely apologize that our communication was less than great. I was sickened when I received the email from your wife on Christmas morning (my 1st interaction) that you didn't have a gift.
We invent these products to make you guys happy. Period. We want you to have a nicer bike than the next guy and put tremendous effort into helping you realize that. We make every effort to build and ship products timely, correctly and with high quality. These are our parts and it doesn't matter if you get them directly from us or from a reseller. We stand by them.
