I wanted a battery tender a few years ago, My wife wanted to get me one for Christmas. I showed her what I wanted in the J&P catalog. She ordered it. When I was unwrapping the Gift my wife was already apologizing for it. When I finished unwrapping the gift and looked at it, The package was sliced open and the cords and such were balled up and put back in the package. It looked like a return. The unit works but I have a problem with them selling it as new. I felt bad for my Wife. I take their catalog but I shop elsewhere.

I must have gotten lucky with them (again). I ordered this morning and got an "order has shipped" confirmation this morning.

I haven't had such service with a couple other places. I had two other places collect payment and after several weeks finally tell me that they couldn't get the parts and had to wait until the guy who can do refunds gets back from vacation.
If I need something quickly I always call to confirm before I place an order.

People , You always use a website to build your shopping list then make a phone call and get a live voice to make the transaction . You have much more control if have names and ask the right questions before tossing the card down . It ain't complicated nor does it take that much more time to get it right this way .

I buy from them all the time, 99% of the time they ship when they say they will , CS has always been great. I buy from many online vendors and I have not found any of the others shipping faster then they do.
