This is the first time I've heard of the stand not locking. Not saying it can't happen but I'm not going to sweat it.

There's supposed to be a detent? Crap you learn sumthin new everyday. If the spring breaks I'll just use my center stand.

When you park your bike, you have to put it in gear. The only time mine may be left in N when I'm off the bike is when it's running to warm up or I'm opening the door to put it away.

Yeah you're right, it's obvious that someone a 1000 miles away can read something on the internet and immediately know exactly what happened. Thanks - like I said, real helpful.

About ten year's ago I was looking at a bike at the dealership. I catch movement out of the corner of my eye, turn back to see a bike falling over.
