I don't know if you can and keep the seal , call the manufacturer for their tech support .

You would simply true them as any other wire wheel. For the tubeless part, I believe "Ride Wright" has a system in place for sealing wire wheels. If I remember correctly, it involves "filling in" the center area of the rim with a silicone type of material. It makes the wheel quite a bit heavier, but no more tube to worry about. Being overseas, I cant do a lot of resaerch on it as a LOT of websites are blocked for us. Just my .02

Several manufactures make tubeless spoke wheels I have a set of 80 spoke in the attic , stop and think about things for a second the moment you twist a spoke nipple on an already sealed rim you have just broken that seal haven't you ? Think before you type on a subject where part failure can get someone hurt .
